LETTIE

Species: Eclectus
Age: Unknown
Gender: Female
Personality: Curious spirit + investigator
About: Meet Scarlett – aka: Lettie, a beautiful Eclectus hen with a curious spirit and a growing sense of confidence.
She thrives indoors, where she can explore at her own pace. Still learning to trust, she’s already clambering over her carer like a piece of furniture – an endearing sign she’s starting to feel at home. A natural investigator, Lettie struts around the house inspecting everything like she owns the place.
She’s a great eater, happily enjoying her fruits and veggies and is content to be hand-fed. While she doesn’t yet enjoy being handled, with time and patience this may improve.
Lettie is curious about other birds and is slowly being introduced to new feathered companions. She’s wary of dogs and prefers a calm, steady environment. One of her quirkiest traits? Her sheer determination to get the nuts out of the plastic tub – nothing gets in her way!
Lettie is easily stressed outdoors, so she’ll need a comfortable indoor home. She can fly, though not very gracefully just yet, and her inquisitive nature makes her a charming presence to share a home with.
She would suit someone patient and gentle, ideally with Eclectus experience, who can offer her enrichment, calm companionship, and time to build trust at her own pace.
RUBY

Species: Rainbow Lorikeet
Age: Unknown
Gender: Unknown
Personality: Chatty, curious + caring
About: Say hello to Ruby – a vibrant, friendly lorikeet ready to find her forever home.
Ruby came into care as a rescue, so we don’t have her full history, but one thing is very clear: she craves human attention. She actively seeks out interaction and would thrive with someone who can offer her plenty of love, engagement, and time.
She would suit a home with a spacious cage that allows for flying and playing, and someone with experience or a willingness to learn about rainbow lorikeet care. Ruby will need a specialised diet (lorikeet mix and fresh fruits) and plenty of stimulation to keep her happy and healthy.
If you’re ready to open your heart and home to a bird full of colour, character, and potential, Ruby might be the one.
PEPPER & PEARL

Species: Cockatiel
Age: Unknown
Gender: Unknown
Personality: Two peas in a pod
About: Meet Pepper and Pearl – Gorgeous pair of bonded cockatiels, ready to find their forever home together.
Pepper & Pearl are deeply bonded and do everything side by side, eating, preening, playing, and perching. They love to sing and chatter, filling the space around them with gentle, cheerful sounds.
Their companionship is sweet to watch, and their harmony extends to their daily routines.
They would suit a home with a spacious large cage they can share, or an aviary-style setup that allows room to stretch their wings and take in the sights and sounds of the day.
These two are not hand-tame but are calm-natured and a joy to be around. They thrive with gentle care and would make a lovely addition to a peaceful and patient home.
GEORGIE

Species: Major Mitchell Cross
Age: 7 years old
Gender: Male
Personality: Chatty + full of personality
About: Meet Georgie – a striking 7-year-old Major Mitchell cross with a bold spirit and a lot to say. With his soft pink and grey feathers and chatty nature, he’s a bird full of personality, but he’s also looking for a home that understands his boundaries and behaviours.
Georgie is talkative, cheeky, and playful with his cage toys, and enjoys a regular routine of fresh food and water in the morning. He hasn’t had a recent vet check, but he’s in good health with no known issues.
Georgie needs an experienced home. Someone confident in reading bird behaviour, especially with parrots who may show fear-based responses or a tendency to bite. With time, trust, and a calm environment, Georgie has the potential to settle in and thrive.
He’s not a bird for a first-time owner, but for the right person, he could be a deeply rewarding companion with a whole lot of personality. Georgie would also love a home with plenty of space to spread his wings, explore, and engage with his surroundings.
NILES

Species: Budgie
Age: 4 years old
Gender: Male
Personality: Friendly, social + chatty
About: Meet Niles – a 4-year-old male budgie with soft blue and white feathers and striking dark markings. Friendly, tame, and full of personality, Niles has been hand-raised and is used to being part of the daily rhythm of home life.
He spends most of his day outside his cage, perching on shoulders, exploring, chirping along to whistled tunes, and occasionally helping himself to toast. He loves company and interaction, and is especially affectionate when he feels safe, often falling asleep on a shoulder or snuggling under a chin.
Niles is in good health and eats a varied diet of seeds, fresh vegetables, fruit, and the occasional boiled egg. His favourites include spinach, celery leaves, orange, and anything you’re having for breakfast.
He’s been around children, other budgies, and household activity. While generally very gentle, he may give a small nibble if startled, but this is rare and easily avoided with calm handling.
Niles would thrive in a home with indoor space to fly, daily interaction, and ideally a budgie companion. His carers are sadly rehoming him due to an overseas move and hope to find someone who will give him the care, freedom, and affection he’s used to.
ELLIE

Species: Eclectus
Age: 2.5 years old
Gender: Female
Personality: Affectionate + sweet
About: Meet Ellie – a stunning 2½-year-old female Eclectus parrot with vibrant red and blue feathers and a personality just as bright. She’s deeply bonded with her current carer, who has made the heartbreaking decision to rehome her – purely out of love and necessity.
While Ellie is a joyful and affectionate companion, her playful vocalisations have become a serious source of stress for one of the family dogs, who is deeply frightened by bird sounds. Despite every effort to change the situation, it’s become clear that finding Ellie a new forever home is what’s best for everyone – especially her.
Ellie is friendly and social, though selective with her trust. She’ll go to other people but reserves her cuddles, chatter, and affection for her chosen person. With the one she loves, she shares laughs, songs, kisses, and conversation – saying “peekaboo,” “hello,” her own name, and more. She’ll also let you know if she’s feeling unsure, and may bite if she feels unsafe.
Her daily routine is full of love and enrichment. Ellie adores her daily passionfruit (her absolute favourite!) alongside a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. She often gets her own little plate of whatever her carer is eating and enjoys a daily shower, time out of her cage, and being involved in everyday family life. She loves going for walks in her bird backpack, car rides, and even playing with one of the dogs. Ellie only spends time in her cage when her carer is at work, and sleeps in a separate quiet, dark room at night.
Ellie is healthy, vet-checked (as of two weeks ago), and vaccinated. With no known health issues, she’s ready for a home that can offer time, attention, companionship, and understanding. She is a deeply loyal bird who will form a meaningful bond with the right person.
Ellie would suit an experienced bird carer who understands the needs of Eclectus parrots and can welcome her as a true member of the family. This isn’t just a rehoming – it’s the search for someone who will love her just as deeply as she’s loved now.
ERICA & EMERALD

They love to sing, chirp, and play throughout the day, keeping each other entertained and providing endless joy to those around them. Their sweet nature and gentle curiosity make them a delightful pair to have in the home.
They would suit a home with a spacious cage where they can stretch their wings, explore, and enjoy their surroundings. A calm, enriching environment with toys, perches, and interaction will bring out the best in them.
Erica and Emerald enjoy a varied diet and are easy to care for with regular attention and healthy routines.
If you’re looking to welcome two beautiful little souls into your life, these two might just be the perfect pair.
ZIGGY

Species: Cockatiel
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male (not confirmed)
Personality: Cheerful + seeking a friend
About: Meet Ziggy – a resilient and cheerful aviary cockatiel who has made an incredible recovery. Just three months ago, he was found underweight and injured after being attacked by wild birds.
Since then, Ziggy has thrived in care. He’s regained weight, healed beautifully, and is now ready for the next chapter: a safe, spacious forever home.
Ziggy would love to join a large, well-planted aviary, ideally with other cockatiels and green vegetation around him. He seems happiest surrounded by nature, where he can perch, chatter, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the landscape.
He’s a gentle bird who enjoys peace, friends and natural surroundings.
ZEKE

Species: Rainbow Lorikeet
Age: Unknown
Gender: Unknown
Personality: Vibrant + curious
About: Meet Zeke, a vibrant rainbow lorikeet looking for his second chance at a happy home. While not hand-tame, Zeke is previously domesticated and has come into care as a rescue.
He’s now ready to find someone who understands rainbow lorikeets and can offer him a safe, nurturing space.
Zeke would be an ideal companion for someone who already has another rainbow and is looking to expand their feathered family. He’s active, curious, and would thrive in a home that provides a spacious enclosure, a varied lorikeet-friendly diet, and plenty of enrichment.
If you’ve got the time, experience, and love to offer, Zeke could be the perfect new addition.
APOLLO & ENZO

Species: Rainbow Lorikeet
Age: Unknown
Gender: Unknown
Personality: Semi-tame
About: This inquisitive pair of rainbow lorikeets is ready to find a forever home that matches their vibrant energy and curious nature.
Semi-domesticated and full of personality, these two aren’t fully hand-reared – so they’ll need someone with patience, time, and a gentle approach to help them build trust. But with care and consistency, you’ll be rewarded with a truly special bond.
They love their fresh fruit and vegetables (especially apple, grapes, and corn on the cob!) and will thrive in a home where they’re given daily access to nutritious food, mental stimulation, and plenty of enrichment.
The Rainbow Duo also need supervised flight time – whether it’s zooming around a safe indoor space or enjoying a secure outdoor aviary. They’re not just beautiful birds – they’re active, playful, and love to explore.
If you’re someone who appreciates the joy of lorikeet chatter, the sparkle of feathers, and the reward of slow-building trust, this could be the start of something wonderful.
SIGMA

Species: Galah
Age: Unknown
Gender: Unknown
Personality: Semi-tame
About: Meet Sigma, a wonderful rescue galah who has formed a strong bond during his (we think) time in care. Sigma is semi-tame and previously domesticated, but still needs a patient and experienced owner who understands the unique needs of galahs.
Sigma thrives with plenty of flight time, mental stimulation, and enrichment to stay happy and healthy. A large flight aviary is essential, giving him space to stretch his wings and explore safely.
Sigma is affectionate in his own way, enjoying pats, gentle kisses, and perching on shoulders while watching the world around him.
If you’re ready to open your heart and home to this beautiful bird, and have the time, space, and experience to meet his needs, Sigma could be the perfect addition to your family.
JACKIE & OLLIE

Species: Green-Cheeked Conure
Age: 12
Gender: Male and Female
Personality: Bonded Duo
About: Jackie and Ollie are a loving, 12-year-old pair of Green-Cheeked Conures who are looking for their forever home. They are a bonded couple, and it’s essential that they stay together as they share a deep connection.
Both birds are friendly and hand-raised, so they enjoy spending time with people and will fly onto your shoulder to relax with you. They are not yet accustomed to stepping up, but with patience and trust, they will learn to feel more comfortable over time.
Jackie is full of personality and loves to dance, although she’s not a fan of head scratches (she may warm up to them with time). Ollie is a bit more relaxed and enjoys a good scratch when wrapped in a towel, though he isn’t much of a mimic.
One thing that’s important to note is that both Jackie and Ollie need the freedom to fly within a room. They previously had daily flight time outside their cage, which helped them thrive. Without this space, Ollie has started chewing his feathers due to stress, but with the chance to fly again, he should regain his feathers after his next molt.
They are both vocal but not overly noisy, with cute chirps when it’s bedtime. Jackie and Ollie love their morning routine, enjoying fresh fruit and veggies, along with an almond or pecan to start the day. They also love grooming each other and can often be found cuddling up together.
Jackie laid an egg in December 2024, so she requires calcium supplements to maintain her health.
These two are looking for a home where they can have plenty of open cage time, free flight, and a patient owner who can continue building their trust. They are a delightful pair with so much love to give, and we know they’ll make wonderful companions.
If you’re ready to open your home to Jackie and Ollie, we’d love to hear from you!
BONITA & RIO

Species: Lovebirds
Age: Unknown
Gender: Female & Male (suspected)
Personality: Two peas in a pod
About: Rio and Bonita are two lovebirds that are inseparable! Their close bond is evident in everything they do, from exploring new spaces together to cuddling up for a rest. These playful cuties enjoy flying and would thrive in a home where they have plenty of space to spread their wings – ideally, some indoor flight time each day, in addition to a spacious cage.
While they adore each other, Rio and Bonita are also comfortable around familiar people and may even land on your head when they’re feeling social! With more interaction, patience, and gentle contact, this bond with humans could grow even stronger. Having previously been office companions, they may be a great match for someone who spends time working from home and is looking for some feathered friends to keep them company.
As with many lovebirds, Rio and Bonita will nest, so they will need a home where their nesting instincts can be managed, such as using egg replacement when they’re in season. If you think you can offer Bonita & Rio a happy home where they can live together, we’d love to hear from you!
